The surviving garments from the Egtved girl's burial, the height of Bronze Age fashion.   The simplicity of the bodice is in sharp contrast to the tasseled braid belt and string skirt.   The skirt is made from one continuous strand of twisted wool, looped up and down and tied at both top and bottom to hold it together.
